The third and final update written by myself on this project. It’s also my favouriter pae out of the three intro pages for the comic. This was the groundwork, the very foundation that the whole story was to be based on, Andy had achived setting up his coffee shop on the corridor and now he waits for a plot to come his way.
Again we return to find Andy chatting with the Voice, a Vigil of the Universe and one of the few beings capable of adding gateways and portals to the corridor. He has been aproached by Andy in the previous page to build a pocket universe the size of a small commercial building. Six floors and a basement, and the interior is the size of… well… a coffee shop. Here Andy is taken through yet another one of these fantastic doors with labels on, marked “Design Department” Where Andy roughly draws out the floor plan of his Pocket Universe.
This is my favourite page because of the second and last panels. I just love the expressions int he artwork. Both of those images have been used in Avatars from time to time.
